May, 2008, Worldwide ERC®, the workforce mobility association, recently announced that Brenda R. Lehman, Attorney, of Brentwood, Tennessee has recently earned the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS™) designation after successfully completing the GMS™ series of courses and exams.
Brenda R. Lehman joins nearly 2,000 global workforce mobility professionals in 42 countries who carry this distinctive professional designation.
GMS designees are required to demonstrate professional mastery in developing and administering assignment policies, managing various types of international assignment cycles, and coordinating legal and tax compliance processes, in addition to the cultural competency in managing international assignees and participating on global teams. Tools are presented in the context of regionally relevant mobility case studies and current research on demographis, HR and business trends.
